Tottenham Park Cemetery is a privately owned burial ground in Upper Edmonton, with a general mixed-faith section and a separate Muslim section, and it is much used by Turkish and Turkish-Cypriot families. Markers and headstones there sit in grass and take on soil splash, algae and weather staining. We clean them gently, with stone-safe methods, following the cemetery’s own rules.
About Tottenham Park Cemetery
Opened in 1912 by the Tottenham Park Cemetery Company off Montagu Road in Upper Edmonton, it began as a paupers’ cemetery and has a small brick chapel. It is still privately owned and in use, with a general mixed-faith section and a residents-only Muslim section. Despite the name it lies in Enfield, not Haringey, and is a different site from Tottenham Cemetery in N17.
Access: Privately owned and administered by Tottenham Park Cemetery Ltd, so permission for memorial work comes from the cemetery’s own office, not the council. The entrance is at Dodsley Place, off Montagu Road. We work quietly around burials, prayers and family visits.
