Why is Fulham Road Jewish Cemetery so hard to find on cemetery listings?+
It’s a small, historic site tucked away off Queen’s Elm Parade, closed to new burials since 1884, and it rarely appears on general London cemetery lists because it belongs to the Western Synagogue rather than a council or a major cemetery company. It remains the only Jewish burial ground in Kensington & Chelsea, so it is worth contacting the synagogue directly if you believe a family grave is here.
