These terms govern the services provided by Memorial Guardian London. By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide grave and memorial cleaning, maintenance, repair and restoration across Greater London and the M25. All work is carried out using stone-safe methods and in accordance with the regulations of the relevant burial authority or cemetery.

Quotes and pricing

• All quotes are free and provided without obligation.
• Prices may vary depending on the stone type, condition, accessibility and cemetery requirements.
• A quote is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Permissions and responsibilities

Where a burial authority requires the memorial owner's consent before cleaning or restoration work, it is the customer's responsibility to confirm they are entitled to authorise the work, or to obtain the necessary permission. We will advise on cemetery rules where we can.

Results

Memorials weather and age in different ways depending on stone type, age and exposure. We always use the gentlest effective method and never use harsh chemicals or pressure washing. Some staining or wear may be permanent; we will advise you honestly about the likely outcome before work begins.

Liability

We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for the natural deterioration of a memorial.
