About Pinner New Cemetery

Pinner New Cemetery on Pinner Road is Harrow’s main working burial ground, offering children’s graves and cremated-remains graves alongside a dedicated Greek Orthodox section — the only Greek Orthodox burial provision in the borough. No new full coffin plots are available, as with the rest of Harrow’s cemeteries, but the grounds remain in active use and well visited.

Access: Managed by the London Borough of Harrow; memorial work requires council permission. In the Greek Orthodox section we also follow the burial society’s own conventions for headstone style and care.

London Borough of Harrow

Permission: memorial work here is governed by London Borough of Harrow. In practice the registered grave owner’s consent is what we ask for, and we work to the site’s own memorial rules — see their memorial guidance, or our guide to who needs permission to clean a grave.
