Yes — memorial cleaning can be arranged at Lauriston Road Jewish Cemetery, a small, walled Jewish burial ground beside Victoria Park in Hackney, in use from 1788 to 1886. Its older stones often show soot staining, moss and lichen after more than a century outdoors. Any cleaning is gentle and stone-safe, and visits must be pre-arranged with the United Synagogue Burial Society, as the site is normally locked.

About Lauriston Road Jewish Cemetery, Hackney

Lauriston Road Jewish Cemetery is a small, walled Grade II listed ground beside Victoria Park in Hackney. It was bought by the Hambro Synagogue in 1786 and opened in 1788, closing to new burials in 1886.
